AZBTC Launches Pima Apprenticeship Readiness Program
AZBTC launched the Trades Building Futures program in Pima County. The apprenticeship readiness program provides an introduction to the construction and building trades. Upon completion, students enter one of the AZBTC-affiliated Registered Apprenticeship programs where they will master skills and gain valuable on-the-job experience in preparation for careers in the building trades. We want to thank our program partners: Las Artes Arts and Education Center, Pima County One Stop, SER-Jobs for Progress and ARIZONA at WORK.
This program is funded in part by a $75,000 grant from North America’s Building Trades Unions and its TradesFutures program.
