The Arizona Building and Construction Trades Council (AZBTC) is proud to endorse Aaron Márquez for the Arizona State House in Legislative District 5.

Aaron Márquez, an Army combat veteran, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to public service. His commitment to serving his country and community is evident in his unwavering support for policies that promote fair wages, enhance workplace safety, and invest in sustainable infrastructure.

Aaron has demonstrated his commitment by working with unions to establish an apprenticeship training program at Phoenix Union High School. This program, in collaboration with the Western Maricopa Education Center, enables high school students to access in-demand advanced manufacturing credentials. The initiative will support students in earning certifications that make them competitive for jobs in advanced manufacturing.

“We are excited to endorse Aaron Márquez for the Arizona State House,” said Solomon Galyon, AZBTC Business Manager. “His military service, dedication to our values, and proactive efforts in establishing apprenticeship training make him an outstanding candidate to represent our interests in the state legislature.”

The AZBTC believes that Aaron Márquez will be a strong advocate for our members and all Arizonans, ensuring that our needs are addressed, and our voices are heard at the state level.
